You can pay at QloQ.store in various ways, including iDEAL, credit card, Sofort and Klarna. The payment is handled through Stripe, an online payment platform and one of the largest financial tech companies in the world.
The products are shipped via DHL and in some cases via PostNL. Parcels sent via PostNL to countries other than the Netherlands can be delivered there by a local postal delivery company.
You will receive a tracking number with which you can track the shipment of the package. Items that are in stock will be delivered within a few days. In practice, this can vary from 5 to 10 working days. For more information and to track your package, please visit the DHL website. The DHL website is available in English as well as German. If you can't figure it out, send an email to info@qloqs.store. If your package is sent via PostNL, you can track your package on the multilingual website of PostNL via your tracking number.
The following applies to shipments via DHL: If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be offered a second time. If you are not at home then, the package will be delivered to a service point and you will receive a message about this in your mailbox.
Packages sent via PostNL must be signed upon receipt. When shipped by PostNL to a country other than the Netherlands, the delivery will be taken over by the postal carrier of that country. It differs per country and per mail carrier how many delivery attempts are made. This has to do with the agreements that have been made with a country. If you have any questions about this, please contact the postal carrier of this country.
EU rules oblige QloQs.store to properly protect your personal data. This personal data is temporarily stored when placing an order. In the context of European legislation, such an order is seen as a contract on the basis of which the webshop is entitled to store this information without you having to give explicit permission. The information is shared, among other things, with parties such as DHL with whom we cooperate in processing the order, but only with the intention of processing your order and not, for example, to use this information for advertising purposes. Your personal data will then only be kept to be able to recognize you as a customer in the future and to be able to contact you, if there is reason to do so as a result of the previously placed order or future orders that you will still carry out at QloQs. store.
If you nevertheless believe that your personal data is being handled incorrectly, you can report this via email address info@qloqs.store and the report will be investigated. You can always ask which personal data of yours is stored at QloQs.store, but this will be no more than information that was needed to complete orders properly. You will receive this information within a month and it will be indicated how this data has been used. You can also always ask QloQs.store to supplement, correct or delete the data ("right to be forgotten").
If your data is stolen, lost or accessed unlawfully (formally a "personal data breach"), QloQ.store is obliged to report this, not only to you, but also to the Dutch "Authority for Personal Data". You can also submit a complaint to this authority if you believe that QloQs.store is not properly handling your data protection rights and that these have been violated. You will receive an answer to your complaint within three months. More information can be found on the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority . You can also decide to go directly to a Dutch court with your complaint.
The website also uses "cookies". These are small text files that a website stores on your computer or mobile device via the browser. Cookies make websites more efficient by saving your preferences. QloQs.store only uses cookies that transfer information. You do not need to give explicit permission for these types of cookies. Cookies that are indispensable for online services such as those of QloQs.store may also be stored without first asking your permission. This concerns, for example, the cookies that are necessary to register that you put something in the shopping basket of the webshop.
QloQs.Store is a webshop controlled from the Netherlands. That is why the Dutch regulations regarding web shops apply and the Dutch VAT rate of 21 percent also applies.
The formal terms and conditions for the use of services via QloQs.store are derived from standard texts and can be found via the button below. The most important matters to take note of as a consumer include the right of withdrawal. This right of withdrawal is dealt with separately on this page.
Another matter to take into account in any case concerns the fact that errors can be made with regard to pricing when maintaining a web shop. In those situations, QloQs.store is not bound to deliver the products at these incorrect prices. Because prices are adjusted fully automatically, the chance of errors is minimal.
Products on which a guarantee is given may show defects over time. In that case, repair and use of any applicable warranty will take place via the manufacturer of the products. Any defects already present when purchasing the product must be reported to QloQs.store in writing within 4 weeks after delivery. Return of the products must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Costs for return shipment in case of defects will be reimbursed.
All prices include VAT. Payment of the order must be made no later than 7 days after receipt of the items or otherwise if agreed with QloQs.store or another party involved in the payment on behalf of QloQs.store.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for the return shipment are for your account. If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories (including the original packaging and the warranty certificate) in the original condition (undamaged) to QloQs.store.
Watches and jewelery are seen as products that cannot be returned after use for hygienic reasons. QloQs.store sees non-removed plastic films as proof that the product has not been used. For this reason, products from which protective plastic films have been removed (or have been visibly removed) can no longer be returned. This measure also aims to prevent abuse where watches are worn once and then returned. Abuse leads to higher prices, and QloQs.store wants to prevent that.
To exercise this right, you can fill in the withdrawal form that you can download via the button below. Fill this in completely and email a scan or photo of the form as soon as possible to info@qloqs.store. Enclose the form with the return shipment. The order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of your return shipment, provided that the product has been received in good order and complete.
Instead of using the form, you may also compose a text with the same information and email and send it.
